Argentina's dominance of the Champions Trophy was brought to an end in 2011, losing the final on penalty strokes to the Netherlands. The world champions will be hoping a return to Rosario will coincide with a return to the top of the podium, having won the 2010 World Cup at the same venue. Argentina has hosted the Champions Trophy on three occasions, with the team's best result a second-place finish in Quilmes in 2007. |
